When our hubby had a heart attack, it really scared both of us! Everything was perfectly enjoyable 1 afternoon, plus then he was sick the next.

We eat healthy meals enjoy vegetables with lean meats plus plenty of quinoa, brown rice, plus legumes. We also try to exercise each week by walking, jogging, or running at the park. It can be hard when the weather is rainy, humid, or icy. Luckily, our hubby’s supplier has a corporate wellness program. They task with individuals at the supplier to make sure they stay in great health. The corporate wellness program is a great way to help the employees. All of the services are gave at no charge. My hubby signed up for a yoga class 2 times each week. The yoga class is supposed to help our hubby to relax plus ease stress. On Sundays plus Tuesdays, our hubby attends yoga for beginners. I think the classes are helping, but he complains all the time. On Tuesdays plus Sundays, he attends the gym. He does light cardio workouts with a personal trainer. I do not think if all of these changes will keep a heart attack from occurring again in the future, however at least the people I was with and I are trying something. Between the corporate wellness program, yoga classes, plus going to the gym, I think our hubby’s health will start to improve. Since the people I was with and I are both making some extreme changes, the people I was with and I should see some physical improvements over the next few weeks.
